Knowing
that God is faithful to
His Word comforts our
every fear and calms our
troubled thoughts. In
clearness and with
certainty, we can rest
securely in the promises
of God. What God has
written to us is truth
and all that He has said
will come to reality!
Sometimes,
when trials and troubles
come our way, we have a
tendency to forget
"that all things
work together for good to
them that love God."
God our heavenly Father
uses the good and the
evil things that touch
the lives of those
who
love Him
to strengthen the
character, re-shape the
heart, and mold the life
into the image of Christ.
If we love God, then all
that touches us will be
used and worked for our
well-being and good.
How
wonderful to know that
not just some things but
all things will work
together for the good of
God's children; and that
our heavenly Father will
make sure of this because
He is always
true to His character.
When troubles assail and trials assault,
our hearts will be able to find
rest in Jesus. The
turmoil of our soul finds
solace and peace in the
knowledge that all will
work together for our
good.
In true
love, the Holy Spirit of
God drew us to Jesus. We
have been called
"according to his
purpose." So we rest
in the knowledge that our
heavenly Father has our
well being in His heart
and all is well.
