"In the morning, O Lord, Thou wilt hear my voice;
In the morning I will order my prayers to Thee
 and eagerly watch" (Psalms 5:3).

Prayer is the voice of our heart's cry. There is no better way to begin the day than to seek the heart of God early in the morning. Who really knows what the day will bring except the LORD GOD? Will there be peril? Will a temptation come our way?  Will we face hardship or hurt?

 A wise heart will arise and enter into the courts of God early in the morning because he or she realizes that it is God who ordains our day and that He is the one who guides us, cares for our needs, and protects us. Just by coming to our heavenly Father, we are acknowledging His faithfulness to us and His abundant love for us.

Because we trust Him to do good unto us and to work on our behalf, we eagerly watch throughout the day for his work in our lives. Because we know that God hears the cries of His children, we rest assured that He will work all things out for our best.

We may not receive a direct answer to a request on the same day that we request it; but, we do know that the request is with our heavenly Father and He will take care of it. Our heart should be comforted greatly in this knowledge.

Prayer is about us having faith in God to do exactly what is best for us. It is us being submissive to His will and believing that our prayers are answered even before we receive the answer.
